The competition aimed to select the best projects in Poland, honor the achievements in project management practice, and promote the competencies of the companies and project teams implementing them.

Our photoelectron spectrometer for researches in ambient pressure and temperature conditions EA15 HP was awarded in the “Product” category.

The award is granted to people and institutions most distinguished for Silesia. Among the winners are Wojciech Kilar, Kazimierz Kutz, Jerzy Buzek, Jan Miodek and Franciszek Pieczka.

The final gala was held in Warsaw on 14th June 2018. The competition was organized by Business Magazine “FAKT”.

PREVAC became a laureate of the “Innovator of Silesia 2017” contest in the medium entrepreneur category for a multi-chamber system for physical and chemical research of the surface of solid samples in a wide spectrum of analytical and deposit methods. PREVAC also received a special award from the KSSE.

The prize is awarded to the best enterprises and institutions as well as outstanding personalities, the most merited for the region. The awards ceremony was held on November 17, 2017 at the Teatr Ziemi Rybnickiej in Rybnik.

On November 17, 2017 in Gliwice, during the 2nd Festival of Innovation and Technology, a gala ceremony of awards in the “Innovator of Silesia 2016” competition took place. The PREVAC company has been awarded in the category “medium-sized entrepreneur” for the multi-chamber PEAXIS analytical system. The competition was organized as part of the Enterprise Europe Network project and in cooperation with the Upper Silesian Agency for Enterprise and Development. The honorary patron was taken by the Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship.

Polish Business Council Awards of Jan Wejchert belong to the most prestigious in Poland. The ceremonial final gala took place on May 16, 2016.

The winner was chosen by voting for readers and Internet users. Prizes and distinctions of the Plebiscite Chapter were presented during the 9th European Economic Congress in Katowice on 11 May 2017.

The ceremony was held on November 17, 2016 in Rzeszow.

PREVAC won silver Quality International 2016 in category: QI PRODUCT – products of the highest quality

The silver for QI product was gained for Multitechnique Ultra High Vacuum System.

PREVAC was awarded in the competition “Innovator of Silesia” in category medium-sized enterprise for the multichamber, multifunctional UHV analytical system.

On February 26, 2016 Silesian Association of Managers in Katowice, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of its existence has honored the best companies and managers. PREVAC received an award in the category of “innovative medium-sized enterprises”.

PREVAC was awarded in the competition “Innovator of Silesia” in category medium-sized enterprise for the modular platform for thin layer deposition.

PREVAC company in cooperation with Foundry Research Institute in Cracow was awarded Gold Medal of Poznań International Fair 2015 for High-temperature system for investigation of interactions between liquid metals, alloys and refractory materials under non isothermal conditions.

The gala took place on 7th May 2015 in the Diament Arsenal Palace in Chorzów.

The 5th edition of the program “Focus on Quality” was organized by Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice.

The final gala took place on 27th February 2015 in the Marble Hall of Silesian Voivodeship Office.

The gala took place on 17th January 2015 in The House of Music and Dance in Zabrze.

This year, the Diamond Laurel of Skills and Competence has been awarded to President Bronislaw Komorowski.
A special award – Silesian Piast Eagle – received the Archbishop, Metropolitan of Katowice – Viktor Skworc.

PREVAC won silver Quality International 2014 in category: QI PRODUCT – products of the highest quality

The silver for QI product was gained for Deposition system for plasma evaporation.

The gala took place on 30th October 2014 in Chorzów.

PREVAC took part in two competitions: “Innovator of Silesia” and “Cooperation between enterprise and science.”

Companies were awarded of title “Innovator of Silesia” in three categories – micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. PREVAC, representing the group of medium-sized enterprises won the first prize for the high-pressure XPS system.

In “Cooperation between enterprise and science” contest the plasma-chemical reactor received first place and Marshal of Innosilesia 2013 special prize.

PREVAC has been awarded in the competition “Employer – organiser of safe work” organised by National Labor Inspectorate in the category “medium-sized enterprise: 51-250 employees”.

PREVAC won two silvers Quality International 2013 in categories:

QI ORDER – management of the highest quality.

QI PRODUCT – products of the highest quality

The silver for QI product was gained for High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering (HiPIMS) System.

Patronage on the QI programme, organized by the editors of the Business Forum, is held by:

This year PREVAC won three golds!
The gold for QI product was gained for “Ambient pressure XPS(ESCA)/UPS system”. The gold for QI service was awarded for our “VersaProbe modification” work carried out at Binghampton University in the USA. PREVAC’s management was also recognized by the jury and awarded as the highest level quality order.

The “IT Leader 2012” competition has been organized by Computerworld magazine for the past 16 years to recognize those businesses who demonstrate the most effective implementation of ICT solutions. This year the competition was held under the theme of “Innovation in the IT area”. The ’Leader’ title was awarded in seven categories: industry, financial institutions, trade and services, public sector, small and medium-sized enterprises, public utilities sector and healthcare sector.

PREVAC gained first place in the category of small and medium-sized enterprises.

The Competition is held under the auspices of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland and the objective of the Competition is promoting and disseminating the achievements of originators of innovative techniques and technologies, which have chance to become popular on the Polish market. In particular submitted projects are evaluated according to competitiveness, environmental friendliness and energy-saving. There are also assessed according to advanced stage, preparation for production and technical parameters compared with world equivalents.

Rewarded project has been realized by using vacuum research system produced by PREVAC. This system is assigned for investigations of different materials (metals, alloys, ceramics, glass, fluxes, drosses) at high temperature (up to 2000°C) under ultra high vacuum or protective atmosphere used for observation their high-temperature behavior and for estimation of their various properties in order to understand complicated physico-chemical phenomena taking place at high temperature (e.g., surface tension, density and fluidity of liquid and semi-liquid materials, shrinkage of metals and alloys during cooling and solidification in liquid, semi-liquid and solid states, wetting and spreading kinetics of liquids on and over surfaces of refractory materials, infiltration kinetics of liquids in to porous materials, stability and reactivity of liquid metals and alloys in contact with refractory materials, gasification of materials during their heating or chemical reaction in the examined system at high temperature).

The design of the system is build on the modular concept and consist of several apparatuses of own design having unique possibilities for complex materials characterization at high temperatures by different testing methods and various procedures or for simultaneous estimation of different characteristics in one test under high vacuum or flowing inert gas. Its central part presents the distribution chamber for transfer of the samples between different chambers and apparatuses without their opening and venting, while the samples have no contact with air. Vacuum of 10-6-1010 mbar is produced by vacuum pump system. The preparation chamber and their surface characterization (chemistry, impurities, oxidation) is equipped with Auger spectrometer and ion source (for surface cleaning or for neutralization of electrical charge at the surfaces of ceramic samples). The main part of the system is high temperature analysis chamber (up to 2000°C), working under ultra high vacuum or flowing inert gas; it is equipped with quadruple residual gas analyzer for characterization of gaseous reaction products and gases formed during materials heating, manipulator for movement of experimental table in XY plane or its smooth rotation (up to 270 degrees), manipulator for loading, removal and transfer of the samples between different chambers and apparatuses, manipulator located above the drop in order to transfer from the top an additional substrate or capillary with liquid metal, which can also squeeze metal through capillary in order to realize the in situ drop cleaning from initial oxide film by capillary purification (dispensed drop method) or drop sucking procedures.

This prize “Gazelle Of Business” has been awarded by “Puls Biznesu” newspaper and is one of the most prestige award in polish business environment.
