Description
The Glove Box is an air tight plexiglass container that fits around the load lock chamber and has built-in gloves.
The Glove Box is used to isolate an area for work with potentially hazardous substances or materials which need to be free from direct contact with the ambient environment. Glove Boxes are tightly enclosed containers having special airtight gloves which an operator can use to manipulate objects inside.
The Glove Box has its own load-lock for 5 sample holders and is equipped with roughing pump.
