Description

The system allows the application of voltages up to 1000 V using solutions integrated within the PTS sample handling station. This enables thin film deposition under a controlled electric field.

For applications requiring an in-plane electric field or transport measurements, the adapter is equipped with four independent electrical contacts.

The placement of electrodes on the sample surface can be freely configured depending on the substrate geometry, sample orientation, and specific experimental requirements.

The adapter enables real-time resistance measurements both during thin film growth and during post-deposition processes such as annealing or adsorption.
