In our vacuum service, we offer repairs of vacuum pumps from renowned manufacturers, such as Leybold, Pfeiffer, Busch, Rietschle, Alcatel, Varian, Adixen, Edwards.

We are committed to quality and the highest standards, which is why we operate as an authorised UHV service provider for Leybold Vacuum and are ISO 9001 TUV certified. We effectively remove problems related to damaged equipment thanks to the professionally equipped workshop and warehouse facilities and personnel trained by the manufacturer of UHV equipment.

Comprehensive repairs of vacuum equipment are carried out using original components and allow to grant a guarantee for the serviced equipment.

Vacuum pumps service

We repair many types of vacuum pumps: including oil vane pumps, Root pumps, piston pumps, diffusion pumps and cryogenic pumps. We also offer turbomolecular pump service, which is carried out at on of the Leybold GmbH service in Germany.
