The Medium Turbo Molecular System MTS with PCU16 Power Control Unit is a compact portable pump unit with large TFT LCD touchscreen graphic display and built-in vacuum devices:

  • fore-vacuum diaphragm pump,
  • turbo-molecular pump 65 l/s,
  • safety valve SV,
  • separation valves Z1, Z2, Z3 (optional),
  • vent valve VV,
  • fore-vacuum gauge Leybold TTR91,
  • UHV gauge Leybold ITR90 (optional).

Description

The status of all devices is shown on the LCD touchscreen graphic display as a vacuum scheme (that can be modified from software level) which allows for easy understanding of how the whole device works and for intuitive display of the current status of all devices.
