switching of DC/RF power generators between multiple outputs

DESCRIPTION:

SWITCHBOX DC/RF – is a stand-alone unit used to switch the output of RF power generators or DC sputter power supplies between multiple outputs.

Switching configuration is fully customised with up to 5 power supplies and 12 magnetron sources (max 16 inside connections are possible).
The unit requires 24V DC control voltage and external controller (eg. HMI display connected to PLC or direct PLC control).
